You can now add images directly into application questions in the Data Collection and Assessment stages. This makes it easier to provide visual context for applicants without sending them to external links.

Key Capabilities

Upload one image per question (JPEG, JPG, or PNG)
Images appear right below the question text and above answer options
Works seamlessly in both Data Collection and Assessment stages
Fully responsive on desktop and mobile for a smooth applicant experience

Why It Matters

Until now, questions were text-only, and any supporting images had to be linked externally. That created a poor experience, with applicants switching back and forth between the job form and another page. With inline images, applicants see everything in one place, making the process clearer and faster while giving recruiters more flexibility to design better questions.

Who Can Use It

Available to all Hire customers using Data Collection and Assessment stages.

Try It Today

In your workflow editor, go to the Data Collection or Assessment stage, select “Edit questions,” then add a question and upload an image.
