What’s new in Hire Go

Unified login across Fountain

Hire Go users will now authenticate using the same credentials they use for other Fountain products.

• Users can log in at:

  • employer.fountain.com

  • go.fountain.com

  • the Hire login page

• go.fountain.com will automatically redirect to the Fountain One login page.

• A single set of credentials works across the full Fountain ecosystem.

Simplified user invitations

New Hire Go users will now receive:

• One unified Fountain One invitation

• One login

• No duplicate credentials

Previously, users who accessed both Hire Go and Hire (or other Fountain products) had to manage separate logins.

That is no longer required.

Customer impact

This update helps teams:

• Reduce login confusion across products

• Eliminate duplicate invitations

• Improve security and access consistency

• Simplify onboarding for new managers and operators

• Provide a more unified product experience

For teams using both Hire Go and Hire, this creates a more seamless day-to-day workflow.

Who this is for

All Hire Go users at Fountain One accounts.

Enterprise customers with sandbox environments will receive a coordinated rollout, beginning in sandbox before production.

Availability

This feature begins rolling out March 5, 2026.

It will first be enabled for a small group of accounts before expanding more broadly. Enterprise customers with sandboxes will receive a managed rollout.
