New in Hire: Job Directory filters enhancement

The Job Directory now includes enhanced filters, making it easier for applicants to find the right roles and for recruiters to promote targeted job openings with shareable links.

Instead of only filtering by radius or compensation type, applicants can now search by location, position, or category. Recruiters can also share prefiltered URLs in ads, emails, or QR codes to send candidates directly to relevant openings.

Toggleable filters so applicants can filter by radius, compensation type, location, position, or category
Shareable URLs for each filtered view to use in campaigns or QR codes
Filters only show options with active openings, keeping results relevant
Optional branded banner to give your Job Directory a customized look
