New in Hire: Job Directory Translation

The Job Directory now supports multiple languages with live translations. Applicants can choose their preferred language from a dropdown and see the page update instantly, making it easier for global teams to provide a seamless experience across regions.

Key Capabilities

Language selector so applicants can switch between supported languages right on the Job Directory
Default language setting that loads automatically when the page opens
Live translations powered by Polyglot, covering both system content and applicant-facing copy

Why It Matters

Until now, job listings only appeared in English, creating friction for non-English speakers and lowering applicant conversion. With multi-language support, applicants can engage in the language they’re most comfortable with, while recruiters manage all postings from one place.

The result is a smoother experience, higher applicant conversion, and better accessibility.

Who Can Use It

Available to all Hire customers with Job Directory enabled and live translations activated.

Try It Today

Admins can go to Company Settings → Job Directory → Language Settings to configure the default language. Applicants will then be able to switch languages directly on the Job Directory page.
