New in Hire: Linked Resume at Top of Applicant Profile

What’s new
Recruiters can now access a candidate’s resume directly from the top of their profile in Hire. Instead of navigating to the Files tab, a new “Resume” link appears beneath the applicant’s phone number.

Why it matters
This update removes extra clicks and makes it faster to review resumes when evaluating candidates. Teams no longer need to dig into the Files tab, helping them move through large applicant pools more efficiently and focus on qualified talent sooner.

How it works

• If a candidate has uploaded a resume, a “Resume” link now appears beneath their phone number on the profile.

• Clicking the link opens a full-page, in-app preview in the same style as existing file previews.

• The link always points to the most recent resume submitted by the applicant (including recollections or re-uploads).

  

Availability
This feature is now live for all Hire customers with resume upload enabled.
No setup is required.
