New in Hire Go | unified login

Use one login across all Fountain products.

Hire Go users can now log in using the same credentials as the rest of Fountain, eliminating the need for separate logins.

What’s new

• A single login works across Hire, Workforce, and Hire Go

• Users can log in from employer.fountain.com or go.fountain.com using the same credentials

• Hire Go login now redirects to the unified Fountain login experience

• New users receive a single invitation instead of multiple login invites

Why it matters

This simplifies access across Fountain products and removes the need to manage multiple logins, making it easier for teams to move between workflows.

What to expect

• Existing users will be transitioned automatically—no action required

• Login experience will look slightly different, but credentials remain the same

• Users will only see products they have access to based on their role

Release type: Coordinated rollout
This update is being rolled out in phases across accounts.

Hire Go customers:

• Rolling out this week across most accounts

• Migration happens automatically with no disruption

Select enterprise accounts:

• Will be transitioned on a coordinated timeline

• May see this first in sandbox environments before production
