New in Hire: WhatsApp Translation

What’s New

WhatsApp message templates can now be automatically translated into any alternative languages you’ve enabled in your account. This extends the same translation support already available for SMS and email.

Auto-translate WhatsApp templates using the Polyglot translation engine
Supports all languages set up as alternative languages in your account
Translations are auto-generated, stored, and available for preview before sending

Why It Matters

Previously, WhatsApp messages were only sent in their original language. Recruiters had to create and manage separate templates for each language, adding time and effort while limiting the experience for non-English speaking applicants. With this update, multilingual applicants receive messages in their preferred language automatically, improving engagement and reducing manual work for recruiters.

Who Can Use It

Available to all Hire customers using WhatsApp messaging with outbound translation enabled.

Try It Today

Go to Company Settings → WhatsApp Templates, select a template, and the system will auto-translate it into the alternative languages you’ve configured under Job Details.
