Compliance is now available directly within Onboard flows for customers using both Onboard and Compliance.

What’s new

Add Compliance tasks to Onboard flows

Customers with both Onboard and Compliance can now add a Compliance task to their Onboard flows to collect and manage compliance documents during onboarding.

Extended lifecycle coverage

Compliance document collection is no longer limited to the point of hire. This update supports compliance management throughout the onboarding process.

Automatic access

No feature flag required. Any account with both Onboard and Compliance has access.

Customer impact

This update allows customers to manage compliance documentation directly within onboarding flows, reducing manual document collection and review effort while improving time-to-onboard.

It also enables customers to get more value from Compliance without requiring deep Hire usage.

Who this is for: Customers using both Onboard and Compliance.

Required action

Customers must configure and add the Compliance task into their Onboard flows to begin using it.

No additional enablement is required beyond having both products active.
