New in Onboard + Platform | Onboard Dashboard

DATE:
AUTHOR: The Fountain team

We’ve expanded visibility inside to give teams a clearer view of each worker’s lifecycle across Worker Experience products.

Key statuses and actions from I-9 and Compliance are now surfaced directly within Onboard.

What’s new in platform

Expanded status visibility

The Onboard workers table now includes additional product statuses, giving teams a centralized view of what’s happening across Worker Experience.

Instead of checking multiple products, teams can see worker progress in one place.

Cross-product actions in the task manager

Relevant actions from I-9 and Compliance now surface directly inside the Onboard task manager.

This reduces the need to switch between products and makes it easier to identify and complete required actions.

I-9 column support

You can now include I-9 status as a column within the Onboard workers table.

This makes it easier to monitor document completion and readiness alongside onboarding tasks.

Step toward a unified experience

This release improves near-term cross-product visibility while we continue building toward a more consolidated Worker Experience dashboard.

Customer impact

This update helps teams:

  • Understand worker status across products in one place

  • Reduce product switching

  • Spot and resolve blockers faster

  • Keep worker cohorts on track for upcoming start dates

For large onboarding cohorts, this improves operational clarity and reduces the risk of missed steps.

Who this is for

  • Enterprise customers using Onboard as part of their Worker Experience suite

  • Teams managing start dates and onboarding readiness across large cohorts

Availability

This is a Tier 3 rollout and will be released in phases:

  • Small accounts: February 19, 2026

  • Non-enterprise accounts and Enterprise sandboxes: March 17, 2026

  • Enterprise production accounts: April 1, 2026

No setup is required. New dashboard elements and worker profile navigation will appear automatically.

Notes

This release primarily benefits customers using Onboard. Customers using other Worker Experience products without Onboard will continue to manage visibility within each product individually.

This is a near-term improvement. A broader consolidated dashboard experience is currently in progress.
