New in Onboarding | compliance notifications & UX improvements

Stay on top of compliance documents with new notifications, smarter recollection settings, and faster reviews.

Fountain Onboarding’s compliance tools shipped a set of improvements to make worker document management faster and more proactive. Reviewers can subscribe to alerts when documents are flagged, configure when recollection starts, scan the review panel more quickly, and download all of a worker’s approved documents in a single zip.

What’s new

• Subscribe users to email notifications when a submitted document is flagged for manual review, so the right reviewer gets pinged the moment a flag is raised.

• Configure when document recollection begins. The 30-day-before-expiration default is now adjustable to a longer window from a preset list.

• Review panel UI refresh adds color and indicators to the fields list so reviewers know where to focus first.

• Download a single zip of every approved document for a worker, replacing per-requirement downloads.

Why it matters

Compliance teams move faster when alerts route automatically and when document packaging matches the way audits get pulled. Earlier recollection windows reduce expiration risk for documents that take longer to obtain, and the review panel refresh shortens the time reviewers spend scanning fields.

What to expect

• Subscribe users to flag notifications from the document settings page.

• Set the recollection window per document type from the available presets. Contact your Customer Success team if you need a window outside the preset list.

• No action needed to use the refreshed review panel or worker-level zip download — both are available now.
