We’ve updated the Roles & Permissions page to improve clarity and consistency across permission settings.

What’s included

Revised permission labels
Permission names have been rewritten for clearer, more consistent terminology across products.

In-product tooltips
Permissions now include contextual tooltips explaining what each setting controls.

Standardized terminology
Permission wording is aligned across workflows to reduce ambiguity when configuring roles.

Impact

• No changes to permission logic

• No changes to role assignments

• No configuration updates required

This release improves readability and reduces the likelihood of misconfiguration without altering existing behavior.

Employer-side administrators managing user roles and permissions.

Rolling out in late February.

Enterprise accounts may see the updated UI in Sandbox before Production activation. Production timing follows standard release cadence.
