New in Pool | Edit links directly in the campaign editor
We’ve improved link management and engagement tracking in Pool campaigns to give teams more control and clearer visibility into candidate interaction.
Links are now easier to edit, and engagement tracking works across every link in a campaign message.
What’s new in Pool
Edit links directly in the campaign editor
When editing a campaign, clicking a link will no longer navigate away from the message.
Instead, it opens an edit flow where users can update:
Link destination (URL)
Link display text
This makes it easier to fix or update links without leaving the campaign editor.
Smarter defaults when adding links
We’ve improved how links are created and edited:
If a link was added using a prefilled modal, clicking it will reopen that modal with existing details ready to edit.
If a user pastes a URL directly into the editor (for example,
google.com), the edit modal will automatically:Prefill the destination URL
Set display text to match the URL as custom text
This reduces extra formatting steps and makes link setup faster.
Click tracking across every link
Engagement tracking now works for any link in a campaign message, including:
Hyperlinked text links in the message body
Button links in the message body
Previously, tracking was limited. Now teams can see click engagement across all links in a campaign.
Customer impact
These updates help teams:
Edit links without disrupting their workflow
Reduce errors when updating URLs
Track engagement across all links, not just buttons
Better understand how candidates are interacting with campaign messages
This gives recruiters and sourcing teams clearer insight into what content is driving action.
Who this is for
Recruiters, sourcing managers, and admins using Pool campaigns to engage candidates.
Availability
This update is now live for Pool customers.
Help Center documentation will be available soon.
