Referrals update: Conditional referral incentives

We’ve introduced Conditional Referral Incentives, giving teams more flexibility when designing referral programs.

With this update, referral payouts can now vary based on specific hiring milestones or candidate attributes.

What’s new

Conditional referral incentives

Referral incentives can now be configured to change based on attributes such as:

• Onboarding completion
• Compliance status
• Other applicant milestones

This allows teams to align referral payouts with important hiring outcomes.

Improved incentive visibility

Referral reporting now includes additional details that make it easier to understand:

• Incentive qualification criteria
• Conditional payout status

This helps teams track whether referrals have met the conditions required for incentive payouts.

Customer impact

Organizations can now create more flexible referral programs and better align incentives with hiring goals, while maintaining clearer visibility into how referral rewards are earned.
