We’ve expanded bulk actions in Shift to make schedule assignment faster and more efficient.

Users can now bulk assign unassigned shifts in just a few clicks.

What’s new in Shift

Bulk assign unassigned shifts

You can now select multiple unassigned shifts and assign them at once using the new bulk actions tools.

Instead of assigning shifts individually, schedulers can:

• Select multiple shifts

• Assign them in a single action

• Update schedules significantly faster

This reduces repetitive clicks and speeds up shift management.

New bulk actions toolbar

Bulk assign is the first capability within a new bulk actions toolbar in Shift.

This toolbar is designed to expand over time to support additional scheduling workflows and reduce manual effort across common tasks.
