New in Source | S2S conversion tracking for Talroo campaigns

Server-to-server (S2S) conversion tracking is now available for Talroo job ad campaigns, connecting downstream hire events in Fountain directly back to the originating Talroo job post for accurate cost-per-hire attribution.

Source customers running Talroo campaigns previously had no automated way to close the loop between a hire in Fountain and the Talroo post that sourced them. Attribution relied on manual reconciliation — comparing Fountain hire records against Talroo reporting separately — which introduced lag and margin for error in cost-per-hire calculations.

What's new

• S2S hire event tracking: when enabled, hire events from Fountain are sent directly to Talroo's reporting systems via server-to-server integration — no pixel or manual export required.

• Closed-loop attribution: each hire is connected back to the specific Talroo job post that generated the applicant, giving Talroo accurate conversion data to optimize future campaign delivery.

Why it matters

Source customers using Talroo now get accurate, automated cost-per-hire attribution without manual reconciliation. Talroo's algorithm also benefits from better signal data, which can improve campaign performance over time.

What to expect

• S2S tracking must be enabled per campaign. Contact your Customer Success representative if you need help getting it configured.
