New in Source | Source for openings without a hiring goal
Sourcing performance data — including spend, cost per applicant, and channel activity — is now available at the opening level without requiring an active hiring goal.
Previously, Source required an active hiring goal to surface performance data at the opening level. Teams managing openings outside a formal goal structure had no visibility into sourcing spend or channel performance without first creating a goal — adding overhead that didn't always reflect how hiring was actually being run.
What's new
Sourcing data without a hiring goal: performance metrics (applicants, spend, cost per applicant, channel activity) are now available for any opening, regardless of whether a hiring goal exists.
Date range selector: a new date range toggle lets teams scope performance data to any custom period — available for all openings, including those with active goals.
Previous campaign history: view the performance of historical campaigns at the opening level, not just the current active one.
Why it matters
Teams running sourcing against openings outside formal goal structures — or in early-stage hiring where goals haven't been set yet — now have full performance visibility from day one. The date range toggle also gives all Source customers more flexibility in how they analyze and compare campaign data over time.
Availability
Available to all Source customers.
