New in Source | at-risk openings recommendations in the dashboard
See which openings are at risk — and what to do about each one — without leaving the dashboard.
Source now surfaces an At Risk Openings card on the dashboard with a side-panel Action Center that lists every at-risk opening with an actionable recommendation. Each opening shows the recommended next step — post to more channels, or adjust budget on the best-performing channel — and lets the user review and apply the change in a single guided flow.
What’s new
A new At Risk Openings card on the Source dashboard's "Suggested Actions for You" strip, showing how many openings need action.
An Action Center side panel listing each at-risk opening with up to two recommendations: post to more channels, or adjust budget on the best-performing channel.
A Review recommended changes modal that shows current versus recommended values (including budget and duration), lets users edit before commit, and updates estimated total spend in real time.
Auto-resolution: applied actions flip the opening to Resolved immediately and the next opening auto-expands so reviewers can move through the queue.
Smart suppression: openings where action is taken anywhere (inside or outside the Action Center) are excluded from the queue on next load.
Inline activity trail on the openings table so anyone reviewing later can see what was done and when.
Why it matters
The Source dashboard used to flag at-risk openings without telling users what to do next. Two things followed: users either did nothing or took inconsistent, low-leverage actions. With recommendations and a guided review-and-apply flow, recruiters can clear an at-risk queue in seconds and act on the highest-leverage move every time.
What to expect
The card only appears when there is at least one at-risk opening with a recommendation. Openings flagged at-risk with no recommendation are intentionally excluded from the queue.
Actions taken directly inside an opening (not via the Action Center) still count — the opening is suppressed on the next load.
Suppression resets after 7 days if an opening is still at risk.
Resolved badges stay visible for the session but clear on next page load.
