Fountain Hire's new Internal Career Site gives you the ability to publish job openings exclusively to your internal workforce before sharing them publicly. With secure SSO access, employees can view and apply to internal jobs, while recruiters can easily identify and prioritize those applicants.

How it works

  • Employees log in to your branded job directory via SSO

  • Jobs marked “internal only” are visible to employees post-login

Who’s eligible?

This feature is available to customers using Pulse with SSO enabled for all employees.

To activate:

  1. Contact your CSM and request access to the Internal Career Site

  2. Provide your SSO login URL, IdP Entity ID, and Certificate

  3. Once enabled, recruiters can publish roles internally from the job settings
