New feature announcements about our continued improvements to the Applicant Experience and a bug fix.

  • Product

    • We’re excited to release our next installment of our redesigned applicant experience (AX2.0) - now for Document Signing portal pages, and previously eligible customers using Logic Jumps! Changes include:

      • Improved native (Hellosign) error handling - faulty templates will now trigger an email to the template creator or account owner to fix.

      • Improved document tile design

      • Now supported in Data Collection stages of AX2.0:

    • Added: "Job Hours", "Job Type", and "Industry" to GET Opening API call

  • Bug Fixes

    • Fixed: When bulk rejecting applicants across multiple openings from the Universal Applicant Table, all of the rejected applicants selected would get moved to the Rejected stage….of the opening the first applicant selected was in. This is now fixed, and applicants shall remain within the openings they applied to even when rejected.
