Two exciting new features to share!

Indeed, it’s true! We have launched our enhanced Indeed integration! We have a lot of resources to share on this exciting feature, please check out our blog post for all of the details.

With Fountain's updated I-9 stage, the applicant and the employer (or an Authorized Representative) each fill out the form in a simplified view within the workflow. An official I-9 form is generated and can be sent to the government system to be verified. Here’s what changed:

  • Created the new I-9 form (2023 Version)

  • Updated all I-9 language to more closely mirror the official I-9 form

  • Authorized Representative language changes

  • Added a checkbox for E-Verify employers to indicate they have remotely examined documents

  • Added additional links for instructions within the UI
