Onboard Task Manager
The Onboard Task Manager is now available — a dedicated workspace where admins triage and complete pending worker tasks without leaving the Onboard Dashboard.
Onboarding admins managing large worker pipelines had no single place to work through pending compliance and internal tasks. Every action required navigating to individual worker profiles, losing context with each jump.
What's new
The Task Manager is a dedicated two-column workspace:
Worker list sidebar — pending tasks grouped by start-date bucket (overdue, today, upcoming); click any row to jump to that task
Task detail panel — view task details, instructions, and complete or reset each task without leaving the dashboard
Full task type coverage — I-9, W-4, Background Check, Partner tasks, TIN Checks, Universal Webhooks, and internal tasks
Search — find specific workers by name or email
Filters — task type, job, location, location group, assigned user; "My tasks" to scope to the current user's queue
Cue Agent integration — works with Cue query results to surface targeted worker lists
Keyboard navigation — move between tasks with header buttons or keyboard shortcuts
Why it matters
Task Manager eliminates the profile-hopping problem: instead of navigating to each worker to complete a task, the workspace brings tasks to the admin as a prioritized queue. My tasks and location/group filters mean each admin stays focused on exactly what's assigned to them — at scale.
