Pool Settings, Reorganized
Pool Settings are organized in a left-hand menu that groups every setting by what it's for, and ineligible talent are listed on the Talent page.
Pool Settings had grown one tile at a time. Unrelated settings shared a card, nothing showed where a setting lived, and the list of ineligible talent sat at the bottom of the page with no filters.
What's new
A settings menu — settings are grouped as Talent data (Talent eligibility, Lead capture, Data migration), Matching (Match score) and Integrations (Pool in Hire), and every page is one click away.
Talent eligibility at a glance — Settings open on Talent eligibility, with total, eligible and ineligible talent counts at the top.
Ineligible talent on the Talent page — turn on Show ineligible talent to list them in the Talent table, with an Exclusion reason column that shows why each person is excluded.
Data migration page — the prompt to migrate Hire applicants has its own page under Talent data.
Simpler Pool in Hire settings — proximity is a single distance control in miles or km, and saving requires at least one condition.
Why it matters
Admins can find and change a setting without hunting for it, and recruiters can see who is left out of Pool, and why, in the same table they already use for talent.
What to expect
Every setting works as before. The ineligible talent table no longer appears in Settings; use Show ineligible talent on the Talent page instead. Job profile competencies is removed from Settings, and job profiles show all competencies. Pool in Hire can't be saved without at least one condition, so if your Pool in Hire settings have no conditions, add one to get meaningful Available Talent counts in Hire.
Availability
Available to all Pool customers.
