Pulse, Platform, and Compliance Triggers
We are excited to unveil new trigger-based functionalities across Pulse, Compliance and the WX Platform, designed to streamline automation, enhance feedback collection, and simplify compliance management.
Benefits & Key Points
Automated Feedback with Trigger-Based Surveys:
Description: In Pulse, you can now send surveys automatically when specific trigger events occur. Create a custom-built library of triggers such as employee start dates, tenure milestones, onboarding status, or even birthdays.
Benefits: Collect feedback at meaningful moments to gain real-time insights that drive actionable improvements in employee engagement.
Streamlined Compliance with Document Upload Triggers:
Description: Ensure smooth compliance workflows with automatic external document processing. Now, when a worker uploads a required document, a webhook instantly triggers external systems for processing, reducing manual intervention and ensuring timely completion of compliance checks.
Benefits: Maintain compliance effortlessly by automating key actions, reducing delays, and keeping workflows running smoothly.
Real-Time Action with Custom Attribute Webhooks:
Description: On the Platform, you can now trigger webhooks when custom attribute values change in a worker’s profile. This ensures that whenever an important update happens, your connected systems are notified instantly.
Benefits: Automate workflows and ensure up-to-date information across all systems without manual input, streamlining operations and saving time.
How It Works
Pulse: After you have created a survey, choose “trigger” as your delivery method, and configure your desired trigger rules based on events or timelines.
Compliance: As you add requirements to your workflow, select Setup for each task, and then enter an external processing URL and Request Authorization header. The webhook will automatically trigger when a worker uploads a document for that specific compliance check.
Platform: Go to Settings > Worker Attributes > click More Actions for the attribute that you want to edit > click Manage Webhooks. In the modal that opens, click Add Webhook and set the URL that should be triggered > click Save.
