Pulse Publicly Shareable Surveys

Overview

We are excited to introduce the Public Shareable Link feature for Pulse surveys! This new functionality allows administrators to generate a link that can be shared via QR code or URL for seamless engagement in various scenarios such as Hire flows, in-person events, and onboarding days. With this feature, admins can easily share a survey link without the need to create a worker profile or require authentication, simplifying the process and improving engagement.

Key Benefits

• Seamless Accessibility: Shareable via QR code or URL, allowing easy access through SMS, email, or even printed materials for in-person events.

  

• Flexible Data Collection: Collect basic information (e.g., name, email, phone number) before survey access. This information can be optional or mandatory depending on your needs.

  

• No Security Barriers: Bypass traditional authentication steps, making it quicker and easier to engage candidates, attendees, or workers without requiring profile creation.

How It Works

1. Create a new Pulse check and choose Public Link as the distribution method.

2. Optionally, prompt users to provide personal information before accessing the survey.

3. Once the link is activated, you’ll receive a QR code and URL that can be shared across various communication channels.

4. The responses will be captured in the Pulse dashboard, providing admins with valuable insights.
