QR Codes for Opening Application Links
Every opening's Share menu includes a QR code of its application link, ready to download and print.
Hourly hiring often starts in person, in stores, depots and at job fairs, where typing an application link into a phone is enough to lose a candidate.
What's new
QR code in the Share menu — the Share menu on an opening shows a QR code of the application link, on desktop and mobile, and in the Source job posting flow.
Download QR code — save the code as a PNG named after the opening, ready for posters, flyers and store windows.
Trackable posters — when you add a UTM source and campaign to the link, the QR code includes them, so applicants from each poster or event can be traced.
Applicant portal links — the View application link menu on an applicant profile also shows a QR code of that applicant's own portal link.
Why it matters
Walk-in candidates apply from their phone in seconds, and recruiters can see which posters and events bring them in.
Availability
Available to all Hire customers.
This was already available to many Hire customers and is now on for all Hire customers.
