Referrals: Incentives Reports, Reminders & Automation
Overview
We’re excited to introduce new features designed to streamline payroll and referral management. The updated system now offers enhanced flexibility with automated, customizable reports, as well as automated reminders to workers. These features make tracking and communicating incentive payouts easier, while also improving engagement with referral campaigns. Workers will gain better visibility into their referral progress, promoting transparency and ensuring they stay informed on incentive milestones.
Key Benefits
Customizable Recurring Reports: Admins can create and schedule reports that are delivered at regular intervals (daily, weekly, monthly). Customizable options include:
Report name, recipients, frequency, and filters (e.g., bonus status, worker positions, locations).
Examples: Schedule a report to align with payroll processing, or configure reports to show only the “Owed” list for specific regions.
Reports Payment Automation: Recipients of recurring incentives reports can bulk mark workers as “Paid” directly from their email, making payroll incentives management seamless.
Comprehensive Report Management: The "Manage Reports" page offers a central hub to view, modify, export, and delete reports. It includes audit logs for transparency and allows reports to be triggered for immediate delivery when needed.
Flexible Data Export: Report data can be exported based on selected criteria, providing flexibility for further analysis or sharing with key stakeholders.
Enhanced Transparency for Workers: Workers can now track their referral progress through an interactive view that includes bonus amounts, payout conditions, and status updates. This increases visibility into referral milestones and helps ensure seamless incentive management.
Optimized Campaign Engagement: Admins can schedule automated reminders to workers to encourage ongoing participation in referral campaigns. These reminders can be set weekly or monthly and ensure timely follow-ups without overwhelming workers.
How It Works
Reports Automation:
Navigate to Reports > Create a Report in the admin portal.
Set the report’s name, recipients, and delivery frequency (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).
Define the report criteria (e.g., status, positions, locations) and select Create Report to schedule or send.
Manage reports, review audit logs, and export data from the Manage Reports page.
Trigger reports for immediate delivery as needed.
Campaign Reminders:
Go to the Campaigns section in Referrals and click Create Campaign.
During campaign creation, toggle on the Send a Reminder option and customize the reminder settings (frequency, message).
Complete the campaign setup, and reminders will be sent automatically based on your selected cadence.
