Sam now includes a Satisfaction Manager — proactive voice check-ins at key worker touchpoints that capture structured feedback and surface retention risk in real time.

Traditional worker satisfaction surveys suffer from low response rates and delayed insights. By the time the data arrives, the window to act has often passed. Satisfaction Manager shifts retention from reactive to proactive.


What's new

  • Templated check-in touchpoints — Day 1, Day 7, Day 30, Day 60, Day 90, and exit; invitations triggered via SMS and email

  • Conversational voice surveys — short, structured and open-ended voice check-ins, not form-based

  • Risk alerts and recommendations — at-risk worker identification with action items surfaced in Cue dashboards
