Richer Job Qualifications – “Assessment criteria” have been renamed and redesigned to encourage clear, detailed expectations for candidate evaluation.
No Duplication Needed – You no longer need to list the same qualifications in the job description. If it’s in the Job Qualifications section, we’ve got it covered.
Clarity on ‘Unknown’ Scores – Now when AI Recruiter returns an “Unknown,” you’ll get a short explanation as to why—so you can make spot incomplete interviews.
Structured Interview Data – Extract important interview insights like years of experience or certifications—without affecting how the interview is graded.
