This new feature in Onboard enhances accessibility and communication across different languages for workers and admins. This functionality allows admin-provided text and worker responses to be automatically translated, ensuring smooth and consistent language compatibility throughout the onboarding experience.

Description: Admin-provided onboarding text is automatically translated to the worker’s preferred language, which can be set in their worker portal.

Worker Response Translation
Description: Automatically translates worker responses submitted in a language different from the admin’s profile language, enabling better comprehension of feedback.

Language Preference Detection
Description: The worker portal detects if the worker’s browser language differs from their profile language, prompting them to update their preferred language for a more personalized experience.

How It Works
Enable the Feature:
Contact your Customer Success Manager to enable this feature.
