Universal Dashboard is now generally available

Universal Dashboard — Fountain's unified, task-driven landing page for recruiters across Hire and Onboard — is now generally available.

Since the first cohort activated in late May, two gaps kept enterprise recruiters from making the Dashboard their daily home: the inability to scope the Dashboard to openings they actually own, and having to navigate to the Dashboard page to check their task list.

What's new

• Customer Attribute Filters — Enterprise recruiters can scope the Dashboard by company-specific custom fields (Branch, Subregion, Hiring Manager, Recruiting Coordinator…), so tasks reflect what they own, not everything they have access to

• Ask Cue "what are my tasks today" from any page — recruiters can ask Cue from anywhere in Hire and get their live task list back with a count per category and a deep-link to act on it

Why it matters

Recruiters get a unified, prioritized work view across Hire and Onboard — and can now reach it in their own words from anywhere, scoped to their real ownership. The Home tab is replaced by Universal Dashboard for GA accounts; attribute filters are available wherever the account has customer attributes configured.
