Fixed: Ability for administrators to see and select the reason candidates are rejected.

The filters menu on the applicants table is now fully translated for non-english speaking users.

Fixed: list of applicants shown scheduled for interviews is incorrect in some cases.

Fixed: CSV exports are very slow in some cases.
