Cue Tip: With clearer campaign statuses now in Source, knowing where your spend is actually converting is the next question.

Copy/paste this prompt into Cue:

Summarize new hires and remaining goal progress across my active Source campaigns, and flag any campaign still Publishing.

Release Highlights

We’ve introduced 4 updates across Sourcing, Sam, and Cue — with a clearer Source campaign experience available now, a configurable Sam and recurring Cue automation rolling out, and aligned hires reporting between Source and Hire.

Available Now

  • Sourcing: Campaign publishing status and streamlined campaign UI — see exactly when a campaign goes live with a new Publishing status; budget is consumed only once the campaign is Active.

Coming Soon / Rolling Out

  • Sam: Customer Configuration for Sam — each customer gets an editable, self-owned Sam instance pre-loaded with Fountain defaults.

  • Cue: Scheduled Tasks in Cue — schedule recurring Cue prompts to run automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence.

Improvements

  • Sourcing: Hires count now matches between Source and Hire — the Source hires number now counts everyone hired during the goal period, so goal progress lines up across both products, with a separate breakdown of the pipeline you built this period.

Together, these updates bring clearer campaign visibility to Source, let each team tailor Sam to its own workforce, make it possible to automate recurring Cue work, and align hires reporting across Source and Hire.

Sourcing | Campaign Publishing Status

Source now surfaces exactly where each campaign is in its lifecycle. A new Publishing status shows when a job has been posted to marketplace boards and is being processed — typically a few hours — before it automatically switches to Active, the point at which candidates can see it and budget begins to be consumed. Redundant campaign-level target fields have been removed and the campaign UI on the Opening Details page refreshed for a cleaner, more scannable view.

Availability: Available to all Source customers.

Sam | Customer Configuration

Each customer using Sam now receives an editable, tenant-owned Sam instance pre-loaded with Fountain defaults. Admins can start from a version such as Day 1 or Day 7, edit the questions and add custom instructions, choose the audience with event triggers and filtering conditions, and test the agent before using it with workers. Installed configurations are customer-specific, so each team can adapt Sam to its own workforce and escalation needs.

Availability: Now available to an initial group of customers — contact your Customer Success representative to get access.

Cue | Scheduled Tasks

Cue Scheduled Tasks lets users set up recurring work once and have Cue run it automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence. Tasks can be created manually, proposed by Cue, or started from a curated template; each run is saved as a normal Cue conversation with its generated files, and outputs are available in-product or by email in formats such as XLSX, PDF, and DOCX. A task automatically pauses after three consecutive failed runs and can be re-enabled anytime.

Availability: Coming soon to an initial group of customers — contact your Customer Success representative to learn more.

Sourcing | Hires Count Alignment

The Hires number on a hiring goal in Source now matches the number shown in Hire. Source previously counted only hires from candidates added during the goal’s dates, while Hire counted everyone hired in that period — so the two could disagree. The headline count now includes everyone hired during the goal period, with a separate breakdown of the candidates added this period and their conversion so teams keep the full sourcing picture. Spend, budget, applicant counts, and conversion are unchanged.

Availability: Available to all Source customers.
