Fountain Product Release Notes (April 15 – April 28, 2026)

We’ve introduced four key updates in ATS focused on applicant experience and recruiter productivity across Fountain.

• Updated Application Experience (AX 3.0) – A redesigned, full-page applicant form that surfaces job context before the form fields.

• Hiring Goals v4 – Multiple goals can run on the same opening, with auto-close when targets are met.

• Universal Dashboard – A new task-driven landing page that unifies tasks, pipeline, calendar, and Cue actions.

• Unified Login for Hire Go – One login across all Fountain products, including Hire Go.

These updates help teams convert more applicants, manage hiring at scale, and start work faster across recruiting and onboarding workflows.

ATS Updated Application Experience (AX 3.0)

The applicant form gets a full-page redesign that surfaces job context — description, requirements, role highlights, and a cover image — before the form fields. Submission logic is unchanged.

Availability: Sandbox-first for Enterprise starting April 30, 2026; rolling out to all other customers afterward.

ATS Hiring Goals v4

Multiple hiring goals can now run on the same opening, with auto-close when targets are met or end dates arrive. Consolidates earlier variants into a single unified version.

Availability: Pre-release April 30, 2026. Wave 1 May 14, Wave 2 May 28, subject to a two-week observation window.

ATS Universal Dashboard

A new task-driven landing page that replaces the Home tab. Pulls together tasks, pipeline counts, calendar events, and Cue-powered bulk actions across Hire and Onboard — all filterable to the recruiter’s current context.

Availability: Early Access cohort May 14, 2026. General availability May 28, 2026.

Release Note

ATS Unified Login for Hire Go

Hire Go users at Fountain One accounts now log in through the same flow and credentials as the rest of Fountain. The two-login experience is going away.

Availability: Account-by-account enablement coordinated with Customer Success. Enterprise sandboxes test first.
