Source now supports sourcing for openings that don't have a hiring goal. You no longer need to create a hiring goal just to see sourcing performance at the opening level — performance data is available right away, including applicants, spend, cost per applicant, and channel activity. UI updates also let you view the performance of previous campaigns at the opening level, and choose any date range to scope the data.

Talent Agents | Sam — satisfaction manager agent
Sam is a proactive satisfaction agent that checks in with workers at key moments — from before their first day through exit — using SMS and email prompts that lead to short conversational voice surveys. Templated touchpoints cover pre-Day 1, Day 1, Day 7, Day 30, Day 60, Day 90, and exit check-ins. Risk alerts and at-risk worker recommendations are surfaced in dashboards so teams can act before problems escalate.

Source | Contract flow support in Source
Source will support posting jobs through your own job board contracts, giving you access to 3,000+ job boards. Connect a contract in Settings and it will appear automatically in the Contract Boards section when you post a job — no separate management needed. The posting flow highlights any missing required fields before you submit, and Cue can pre-fill mandatory details to speed up the process.

Source | S2S conversion tracking for Talroo campaigns
Server-to-server (S2S) tracking is now available for Talroo job ad campaigns. When enabled, hire events from Fountain are sent directly to Talroo's reporting systems, connecting downstream hires back to the originating Talroo job post for accurate cost-per-hire attribution.
