Release Highlights

We've introduced 12 updates across Sourcing, ATS, CRM, Platform, and Candidate AI Agent focused on smarter sourcing, richer talent pool management, and expanded Hire Go capabilities.

Sourcing

  • Smarter channel recommendations – the engine uses real CPA data before suggesting any channel, producing fewer but more defensible suggestions.

  • 2000+ job boards in Source – recruiters can now access an expanded catalog of job boards directly in the posting flow.

ATS

  • Print applicant details from Hire Go – export a formatted PDF of an applicant's profile on demand for in-person interviews.

  • View, sort, and filter applicants by applicant data – rolling out: Hire Go's Applicants table now supports custom columns and filtering on any applicant data key.

  • Live video interviews in Hire Go – coming soon: hiring managers join live video interviews directly from Hire Go with post-interview follow-up built in.

  • Years of experience field in Hire – coming soon: a new Minimum Years of Experience field on Opening Details carries through to job postings.

CRM

  • Pool audience stage filtering and detail – audiences can now be scoped to a Hire application stage, and each audience has a new detail page with flow, member, and campaign history.

  • Pool lead capture via public form and QR code – prospects can self-enroll in a talent pool without completing a job application.

  • Pool campaign builder upgrades – preview campaigns read-only, track unsubscribes, use an HTML editor, and avoid mid-send audience accidents.

  • Pool audience inline filtering – coming soon: the filter drawer is replaced by a real-time inline filter bar that decouples exploration from audience creation.

Platform

  • Cross EIN rehiring – coming soon: rehire matching respects legal entity boundaries across multiple EINs.

Candidate AI Agent

  • Streamlined knowledge base setup – coming soon: the knowledge base editor starts with direct editing, with AI assistance available on demand.

These updates help teams fill roles faster, build more precise talent pools, and give hiring managers better tools to act on the right candidates across sourcing, hiring, and CRM workflows.


Sourcing | Smarter channel recommendations for at-risk openings

The recommendation engine now checks for a real applicant deficit before surfacing any recommendation, uses first-party CPA data where available, and includes a specific budget and campaign duration with each suggestion.

Sourcing | 2000+ job boards in Source

Recruiters can now access a catalog of 2000+ job boards directly within the Source posting flow. A new Job Boards step lets teams search, browse by category, and surface boards by relevance. The existing six direct integrations are fully unchanged.

A Print Applicant Details button is now available on the applicant profile in Hire Go. The exported PDF includes workflow question answers organized by stage, submitted files, and optional recruiter notes.

Coming soon: admins can configure a live video scheduler stage for Hire Go workflows. Hiring managers join interviews from Hire Go and record attendance, notes, and a hiring decision after the interview.

Hire Go's Applicants table now supports custom column selection, filtering, and sorting on any applicant data key — letting hiring managers surface the right candidates without opening individual profiles.

Pool audiences can now be scoped to a specific Hire application stage. Every audience also has a new Audience Detail page with Entrance & Exit flow, Members, and Campaigns tabs.

Coming soon: the audience filter drawer will be replaced by an inline filter bar above the talent table. Filters will update in real time, and ad-hoc filtering will be fully decoupled from audience creation.

Prospects can self-enroll in a company's talent pool by submitting a shareable public form or scanning a QR code. Submitted records appear immediately in Pool and are eligible for audience and campaign targeting.

Campaign Builder now includes read-only preview for active campaigns, unsubscribe tracking, a mid-send audience edit warning, and an HTML code editor for branded emails. Test send is coming soon.

Coming soon: rehire matching becomes EIN-aware so workers tied to different EINs are treated as separate individuals by default. When Workbright domains are configured, matching is further scoped.
