Highlights
We’ve introduced 6 key updates across ATS, Onboarding, and CRM focused on two-way candidate communication, recruiter productivity, and compliance-grade form design across Fountain.
Universal Dashboard – A unified, task-driven landing page for recruiters across ATS and Onboarding.
Incoming application message translation – Read every applicant message in your recruiter profile language, automatically.
Compliance notifications & UX improvements – Subscribe-able alerts when documents are flagged, configurable recollection windows, worker-level zip download, and a refreshed review panel.
Granular SMS and calls consent on application forms – Four optional, unbundled checkboxes replace two bundled mandatory ones for A2P 10DLC, TCPA, and GDPR compliance.
Hiring Goals — overlapping goals and auto-close – Run multiple goals on the same opening and close openings automatically when goals are met.
Data Pipeline support for talent uploads – Self-serve large-scale Prospect contact uploads into CRM.
These updates help teams stay compliant, move recruiters faster, and operate across languages across hiring, onboarding, and CRM workflows.

Universal Dashboard
A unified, task-driven landing page for recruiters across ATS and Onboarding — Overview Cards, Tasks, This Week, Active Openings, Global Filters, and Cue all in one place.
Availability:
Available to an initial group of customers starting May 14, 2026.
Generally available to all customers starting May 28, 2026.
ATS
Incoming application message translation
Applicant messages are now displayed in the recruiter’s profile language inside the Messages tab. Outgoing translation already shipped; this closes the loop for two-way SMS across languages.
Availability:
Generally available for customers.
Customers on select plans may have this feature enabled on a phased basis. Contact your Customer Success team for details.
Onboarding
Compliance notifications & UX improvements
Subscribe users to alerts when documents are flagged, configure when recollection starts, scan a refreshed review panel faster, and download all of a worker’s approved documents in a single zip.
Availability:
Generally available now to all Onboarding customers.
ATS
Granular SMS and calls consent on application forms
Two mandatory SMS and calls checkboxes are now four optional, unbundled checkboxes — transactional SMS, transactional calls, marketing SMS, and marketing calls — referencing the account name, with a non-coercive disclosure and confirmation pop-up when applicants decline transactional SMS.
Availability:
Available to new customers starting May 14, 2026.
Existing customers will have access on a phased rollout basis. Contact your Customer Success team for details.
ATS
Hiring Goals — overlapping goals and auto-close
Run multiple active hiring goals on the same opening, auto-close on goal met or end date, and require an active hiring goal before an opening can be activated. v1, v3, and v4 consolidate into one unified version.
Availability:
Available to an initial group of customers starting May 14, 2026.
Generally available to all customers with active Hiring Goals starting May 28, 2026.
CRM
Data Pipeline support for talent uploads
CRM admins can self-serve large-scale Prospect contact uploads through Fountain’s data pipeline, including recurring uploads from SFTP folders.
Availability:
Generally available now to CRM customers with Data Pipeline enabled.
