Fountain Product Release Notes
March 5, 2026
We’ve released several updates across Shift, Pool, Hire Go, and Referrals designed to help teams manage high-volume hiring and scheduling more efficiently.
These updates focus on reducing manual work for operators, improving recruitment marketing insights, and giving teams more flexibility when managing hiring programs.
Below is a summary of what’s new.
Shift
Faster scheduling with smart search and bulk actions
We’ve introduced several improvements to the Shift scheduling experience to help teams manage large or recurring schedules more efficiently.
Schedulers can now filter shifts by:
• Job
• Time
• Worker assignment
• Publishing status
These filters make it easier to locate specific shifts and manage schedules without manually scanning large calendars.
We’ve also introduced new bulk scheduling actions:
• Assign multiple unassigned shifts at once
• Copy shifts and paste them into future weeks to replicate recurring schedules
These improvements reduce repetitive scheduling work and help operations teams manage high-volume schedules more efficiently.

Referrals
Conditional referral incentives
We’ve introduced Conditional Referral Incentives, giving organizations more flexibility when designing referral programs.
Referral payouts can now vary based on attributes such as:
• Onboarding completion
• Compliance status
• Other applicant milestones
Referral reporting now also provides clearer visibility into:
• Incentive qualification criteria
• Conditional payout status
These updates help teams align referral programs with hiring goals while maintaining clear visibility into how incentives are earned.

Hire Go
Unified login across Fountain products
We’re introducing a simplified login experience for Hire Go.
With this update, Hire Go users will be able to access the product using the same credentials they use for other Fountain products, eliminating the need to manage separate logins.
What’s changing
• Hire Go users log in using the same credentials used across Fountain
• New users receive one unified invite instead of multiple product invitations
• The go.fountain.com login page redirects to the main Fountain login experience
This update simplifies access for teams using multiple Fountain products and reduces friction when inviting new hiring managers and operators.
