Release Highlights
We've introduced 8 updates across ATS, I-9 Center, Platform, Hire Go and Sourcing. Reverification methods now reach every I-9 Center customer, recruiters get QR codes for application links and a log of every Candidate AI conversation, and full-page resume review, Hire Go data validation and clearer Source reporting are on the way.
Available Now
ATS:
QR codes for application links — download a QR code of any opening's application link for posters, flyers and job fairs
Candidate AI conversation log — read, filter and fix every answer Candidate AI gives applicants
I-9 Center:
Reverification methods — choose which methods workers are offered, and let them reverify without an office visit (Previously announced — now available to all I-9 Center customers.)
Platform:
Data Pipelines matching rule — one predictable rule for when an imported row updates a record or creates a new one
Coming Soon / Rolling Out
ATS:
Full-page resume review — open a resume beside the profile and move through a whole stage without leaving it
Hire Go:
Data validation questions — hiring managers answer a stage's data validation questions when they advance or reject
Sourcing:
Time zones by opening — date-range numbers count each opening's days in its own location's time zone
Reach campaign breakdown — each Reach campaign opens into one row per Google Ads or Meta campaign
Together these updates mean faster applications, better answers for candidates, and imports and reports teams can trust.
ATS | QR codes for application links
The Share menu on an opening shows a QR code of its application link, with a Download QR code button for posters, flyers and store windows. UTM source and campaign values added to the link carry into the QR code, so each poster or event stays traceable.
This was already available to many Hire customers and is now on for all Hire customers.
Availability: Available to all Hire customers.
ATS | Candidate AI conversation log
View conversations in a Candidate AI agent's menu opens every applicant question and the answer it gave, filterable by date, opening, channel, thumbs-down ratings and knowledge gaps. Each row opens the full conversation, and Edit knowledge base takes you straight to the place to fix an answer.
Availability: Available to all Hire customers.
I-9 Center | Reverification methods
Admins turn on Reverification and choose which methods workers are offered: Authorized representative, on-site verification or live video verification. With Authorized representative, the worker picks someone to review their new documents in person and sign from their own phone, and the I-9 record updates with the new expiration date automatically.
Previously announced — now available to all I-9 Center customers.
Availability: Available to all I-9 Center customers.
Platform | Data Pipelines matching rule
Every import entity follows one rule: one match updates, no match creates, and more than one match fails the row with a named reason. HRIS IDs are set once and never overwritten, and owner and supervisor fields accept an email.
Availability: Available to all Fountain customers.
ATS | Full-page resume review
A resume opens full page beside the applicant's profile, and Prev and Next or the arrow keys move through the whole stage or filtered list. Once an applicant is moved or rejected, the next one opens.
Availability: Coming soon to an initial group of customers — contact your Customer Success representative to learn more.
Hire Go | Data validation questions
When it is turned on, advancing or rejecting an applicant in Hire Go asks the destination stage's data validation questions in the same dialog, and the move completes once the required answers are in. Answers save to the applicant in Hire.
Availability: Now available to an initial group of customers — contact your Customer Success representative to get access.
Sourcing | Time zones by opening
Opening details, hiring goals, campaign cards, Portfolio metrics and All Campaigns count each opening's days in its location's time zone and show which zone they use. Everyone sees the same numbers for the same opening, wherever they are.
Availability: Coming soon to an initial group of customers — contact your Customer Success representative to learn more.
Sourcing | Reach campaign breakdown
On All Campaigns, each Reach campaign opens into a row per Google Ads or Meta campaign, with its own spend, applicants, CPA, hires and status. The Reach row adds up its ad campaigns.
Availability: Coming soon to an initial group of customers — contact your Customer Success representative to learn more.
